Our recruitment process consists of the following steps:
- Job Posting: Open positions are announced on our career page and other job listing platforms.
- Pre-Screening and Candidate Evaluation: Applications are evaluated based on the position’s requirements, and suitable candidates move on to the next stage.
- HR Interview: An interview conducted by Human Resources to assess the candidate’s overall profile and compatibility with the company culture.
- Technical Evaluation: Candidates with the necessary competencies for the position undergo a technical interview or test phase.
- Offer and Approval Process: Successful candidates are made a job offer, and once the candidate’s approval is obtained, the recruitment process is formalized.
- Onboarding and Orientation: After the selected candidate completes the necessary formalities, they are introduced to the company through an orientation program.
